Sorry my server is under windows7.
i have checked the configuration in  
(http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/PortSettings.html)
i don't use a proxy.
At the server openmeeting when i use this address 
"http://localhost/openmeetings/"; it works good, but when i change the localhost 
to the ip-address(http://192.168.2.100/openmeetings/) i got this error "The 
requested URL /openmeetings/ was not found on this server".

with localhost.
