Description:
In 2.0, Chinese text in Screen Sharing window display correct.
In 2.1, I tested some releases, between 1400739 and 1405675, all Chinese text
displayed incorrect
I only could see "?????", except numbers & "publish" (in English).
When I set OM lang_id and user lang_id to 1, screen sharing window display in
English correct.
I found the program. In 2.0, the jnlp file is encoded in UTF-8, and in 2.1 the
jnlp file is not UTF-8.
