Fixed in r1861:
=> If a user has no webcam (did choose NO devise from the drop down menu)
there
will be shown no Video-Pod with User-Image => instead there is a list of
participents
=> on this list you can see => who is moderator, who has the right to draw
to
whiteboard, you can re-start you audio/video again, so in case you have
chosen
NO device => your video pod will pop-up again
=> as a moderator you have additional buttons to add / remove the right to
draw
on whiteboard
