Comment by galipernicus: If you followed the installation instructions and the openmeetings moodle plugin doesn't appear to be installing check that you have the soap extension enabled in the PHP.ini file.
I did not have this enabled and the notifications page just comes up blank, no errors. And of course the openmeetings will not show up in the modules tab.
