New issue 928 by Matti.Laakso: Talk modes: push-to-talk, mute own voice,
open microphone
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/issues/detail?id=928

Related to issue 820
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/issues/detail?id=820

Tried to search with couple of searchwords but no exact match, so made a
new one. This feature was also mentioned somewhere in the wikipages comments

Push-to-talk/mute button for the user.

When I dont want to speak, I press mute. When I want to talk I press
push-to-talk button. Then also one button which enables the "normal" sound
-> microphone is open all the time. So then we would have three different
modes..speak always, speak when pressing a button and mute own voice.

Mute and speaks always are maby the most easiest to make and those are also
more important than push-to-talk button.

Feel free to make better Subject for the issue or split in pieces. Sorry if
there is already a duplicate.
