best and recommended way to integrate is the SOAP Gateway.
If you already have a User Database, then there is no real need to simulate
those users in OpenMeetings manually. You can create a link directly into
rooms and auto-login those users with the Data from your existing database.
Have a look at the DirectLoginFLow.

Your screen is unfortunately not available under the link, maybe you upload
it to the Issue tracker.
