LDAP Passwords configurable + add Patch for OpenLDAP

The attached patch provides the following features:
* fix openLdap authentication by only retrieving data for the logged-in
user and not
for the whole directory. The consequences on big directories were a very
slow login,
and sometimes failure because of limits in the number of entries returned
by the Ldap
directory.
* Add the "ldap_sync_password_to_om" to om_ldap.cfg to optionnaly disable
syncing
Ldap passwords to OM DB
* Add ldap_user_attr_* mappings to let admins decide which Ldap attributes
correspond
to OM internal user attributes
