I see this problem as well. I see it on the current version of:
http://www.openmeetings.de/openmeetings/
so whatever version it's running now has this problem.
As an example, I tried adding a meeting for Friday at 9 PM and it saved it
for Saturday at 3 AM. If I edit it and set it for Friday at 3 PM, it gets
saved for Friday at 9 PM. Looks like that 6 hour window is consistent. The
only guess I have for the reason might be the difference in time zone - my
browser is set for Eastern Time (normally UTC - 5, but currently UTC - 4 in
daylight saving time), so perhaps there is a conflict with what the server
is expecting and what the browser is sending.
