New issue 1325 by [email protected]: the problem of mod_openmeetings

The version of openmeetings server is openmeetings_1_6_rc1_r3621,and the
version of moodle is moodle-weekly-20(moodle2.0)，the version of
mod_openmeetings is openmeetings_moodle_v_0_9,I build them well,but I
install mod_openmeetings in moodle2.0，I get the tip that it is
nonstandard,click reload,click upgrade,I get the tips as follows: Upgrading
to new version、mod¬¬_openmeetings、Success. I don’t see the openmeetings,
however see [[modulename]] in the manage activities. I come into the course
and add an activity of [[modulename]], it give out the tips as follows:
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Invalid string
identifier. Most probably some illegal character is part of the string
identifier. Please fix your get_string() call and string definition.
