New issue 1337 by supertoto.dom: Overall calendar can not starting on Monday

The minicalendar can be configured to use Monday on the first day of the
week (by configuring /opt/red5/webapps/openmeetings/config.xml :

First day in the Week used by the Calendar
0 means Sunday
1 means Monday
this is the way how the Celendar inits a week

<firstdayinweek>1</firstdayinweek>
But the overall calendar can not be configure with this parameter for
monday start.
In Europe, the first day of the week is the monday...
