I spent some more time trying to understand the overall structure of Openmeeting and Openlaszlo. Just to make it clearer, when referring to window bar I am referring to the yellow bar in the screenshot: http://openmeetings-user.googlegroups.com/web/skin_OM_login.png?gda=NRJkBUMAAACKI7hyoYMFZNgNGcmzRzzh9Jmm8CHdTQJl1YEVeSEC24IPax2euiyDGo6KpRuRwIcytiJ-HdGYYcPi_09pl8N7FWLveOaWjzbYnpnkpmxcWg I was able to remove border and shadow; I even managed to remove color, even if I wish to keep it (maybe with other schemes). The point I'm still missing is where the "gradient" behavior for the bar of the windows is described/called.
