even i also got the same error some times and also another message "There is no such room available. The event in the calendar and connected room is already deleted!" which i reported in the user group at http://groups.google.com/group/openmeetings-user/browse_thread/thread/03576cbff79e8fa0#
i think both the error messages are related, once i got the second message immediately after the first one
