miren en el log "error.log"
puede que sea la conexion al mysql, en la conf de hibernate.cfg.xml en:
<property name="connection.url">
jdbc:mysql://localhost/openmeetings …
pongan el puerto del mysql:
jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/openmeetings …
