New issue 1399 by [email protected]: can not create thumbnail

hi!
i install the openmeetings on my window2008 64bit , when i upload
files(such as pptx docx...), the imagemagick cann't convert the paper to
thumbnail .i checked the upload directory ,the pdf and swf files create
suncess! but only one thumbnail in the directory,but the paper has 18 pages.
