Hello.
I have this problem, but only with .xls documents. Wit .doc or .ppt or
images doesn't happen.
I solved it modifing /opt/red5/webapps/openmeetings/jod/jodconverter2.sh

it should be:
$1
cp .:$4commons-cli-1.2.jar:$4commons-io-1.4.jar:$4jodconverter-2.2.2.jar:$4j$
