Hi,
i have found a solution.

You have to copy ojdbc.jar from oracle homepage in lib folder in
openmeetings.
Afterwards you have to configure the hibernate.cfg.xml.

Please share your solution when you find it.
Still mysql or even java database can be sufficient. Openmeetings
doesn't use database to store big objects like files.
