Hi, If someone has no email, but you still want to invite him join a meeting for just once, how can he be the participant? I wonder if there is mechnism to generate a hash and tell the participant, then it will be excellent.
During the meeting plan, I add some attenders by clicking "add external", but where to manage the external attenders? And it seems inconvienience to plan the acurate day and time of the meetings, I have to mange the meeting duration by increasing/decreasing the date and time button one step by one, if there is direct selection, there will be nice.
