Multiple "editVideoSettings" dialogs are displayed to the user
Repo steps:
1) login to open meetings
2) enter the room
3) click "I would like to share my video" or "Allow user to share video"
multiple times (4-5)
Actual Result: multiple "editVideoSettings" dialogs are displayed to the
user
Expected: Only one dialog is displayed, dialog is closed if user right to
share video is removed
Attached patch fixes issue for all rooms except for interview room
