New issue 1423 by [email protected]: Corrections on cordinates of
drawing objects in order to avoid a moving of objects

I have noticed that some drawing objects move after a drawing.
I have corrected this problem with an update of coordinates and I would
like to suggest a patch. (4 files with a few modification)
The problem concerns the following drawing objects :
- drawUline
- drawRect
- drawEllipse
- drawArrow
