New issue 1434 by [email protected]: File upload hung

Hi, whenever I upload a file (in a room under Files or trying to set my
profile picture), dialog hangs indefinitely while "Converting". Message
says: "File upload complete. Converting file..." but never passes that
point. I tried running the jod converter thru the cli and it works
perfectly, however from my webapp it doesn't. I've to mention that I
changed my app name to 'meetings' instead of 'openmeetings' but when I
tried switching it back to the original name it made no difference.
Version is 1.7 r3822 (last on Downloads page). Maybe this is solved in
trunk?
