I am running r3929 on a Windows 7 machine.
My profile is set for Mountain time (Phoenix, Colorado ..). When I
scheduled a meeting with the calendar option and hit save, the calendar
moved it from 4:30 pm to 12:30 am the next day. The person I invited got
an email saying it was scheduled for 9:30 am Europe/Berlin time.
