javaee-api-5.1.1.jar was created as follows: 1) original jar was unpacked to folder javaee-api-5.1.1 2) javax/persistence was deleted 3) jar was recreated using: "jar -cf javaee-api-5.1.1.jar javaee-api-5.1.1" that's it
