I've added some comments to:

... we might just have a bad db design at the org->user relation that we
have to refactor.

The Axis2 integration in Spring ... I have to refactor and test some advice
from the Axis2-Maling list. Maybe we can improve a bit there too and
directly inject into the Services.

I have completed the Issue tracker with two other things:
