I think there are dozens of discussions like that but everyone asks the same question slightly different.
You can have endless number of parallel sessions if you use for example the SOAP Gateway and deploy xxx servers parallel. With the SOAP Api you then just need to redirect users to the correct server so actually the people that would like to meet really are in the same conference room. Sure you can host it in the cloud or virtualize the server with XEN or VMWare.
