I have resolve this issue.
Files with a patch and new pictures are attached to this message.
Suddenly I don't know how to include binary files into the patch correctly,
so I have decided just to attach them. Their place to copy is:
${openmeetings_dir}\WebContent\openmeetings\modules\conference\video\resources\
I also have attached a screenshot with a result of my work.
