A new good functionality is an opportunity of giving the floor for some
user in a conference.
Moderators have a special button for every user in the user list.
If a moderator clicks on this button of some user then:
1) microphones of every user in the conference are switched off;
2) a microphone of the chosen user is switched on.
Thus, this user has the floor. He talks and other users listen him. After
that anybody can switch on his own microphone clicking on the button that
