I don't think that it has something todo with OpenMeetings.
It would be kind of funny if it would work by switching between
openmeetings versions.
OpenMeetings can hardly influence your keyboard.
Did you try registering on http://demo.openmeetings.de ?
You might try that. If it fails too I guess its your keyboard that has the
issue.
