Client/usability
When a moderator unchecks the "Full-fit" checkbox in the whiteboard and
zooms in, the action is not synchronized with other meeting attendees.
Their zoom level stays the same.
However when the moderator has zoomed in and scrolls the whiteboard
left-right or up-down that action is synchronized, causing totally
inconsistent state.
See example screenshots of moderator and attendees whiteboard state.
In openmeetings_1_6_rc1_r3621 the zoom level synchronization was working
properly. In any newer published version it isn't anymore.
