New issue 1562 by [email protected]: Rename "organizatons"
to "usergroups" and clean up source code and tables

currently the organization is quite the same like a usergroup.
We should fix the sources and UI so that organizations are labeled as
usergroups.
I don't think it is necessary to rename everything, it is okay if the the
table internally is still called "organization" but we can delete
the "usergroups" table...
