The iCal invitation email for the Calendar is wrong rendered in the email
clients.
I did not find the issue that caused it, but I have a working example using
my test infrastructure that is actually correctly rendered.
So this is really a coding issue and has nothing to do with the email
server changing parts of the email header et cetera.
