New issue 1573 by [email protected]: Mini-calendar has wrong day of week.

Openmeetings v1.8 (happens with v1.6 as well) on OpenSUSE 11.4. Client
browser is latest version of Chrome on both OpenSuSE 11 and Windows 7, also
on IE7 on Windows XP sp3.
Mini calendar insists that November 15, 2011 is a WEDNSDAY. The large
event calendar -and- my system clock say it's Tuesday.
