Comment #1 on issue 1578 by [email protected]: If you press exit and
re-enter the room the device settings window does no more popup.

The issue happens only if you have minimum two participants in the room.
Using just a single user the device settings pop correctly up.
If there is already somebody in the room => no device settings pop up and
clicking on the re-sync button will have no effect.
