The application runs actually on Android Tablet except publishing your own cam/mic.
Actually I don't think that you can run the full application on a Smartphone at all, you need to code a lightweight alternative. Actually for smartphone a simple VoIP integration makes more sense. I don't know if it really makes sense to publish something at this point. Actually it is only interesting for Tablets to really "join" a conference room and Android users can simply use the web-application.
