New issue 1592 by [email protected]: Clicking on "Start sharing"
and "Start recording" has no visible effect (Desktop Sharer)

Steps to reproduce:
) Log in at http://demo.openmeetings.de/openmeetings/
) Create a new "My conference room (for 1-16 users)"
) Click "Share/record screen"
) Applet trust: Always allow
) Desktop Sharer popup appears
) Click "Start sharing"
) Nothing seems to happen, even after waiting 30 minutes. The stop button
is still grayed out.
) Same problem with "Start recording", no visible effect.
Note: My computer does not have a webcam, this might be triggering the
issue.
