Hi All, The Openmeetings mailing lists now live and I think it would good if we introduce each other. Of course, those who particilated in the Openmeetings community before incubation know each other, but there are new people coming in and we all have a different area of expertise.
I'm Yegor Kozlov from Moscow, Russia. I'm a committer and a member of the Apache Software Foundation and I signed up to mentor incubation of Openmeetings. Last decade I've been involved in implementations of document workflow systems, mostly using Java and XML. I joined the Apache POI project (http://poi.apache.org) in 2005 and currently I'm the PMC Chair. I have a good knowledge of the MS Office file formats, how to import, export, visualize office documents, etc.., and I will be happy to apply my knowledge in Openmeetings. Besides it, I've been the release manager in Apache POI since 2009 and have general understanding of the release process in Apache - will be happy to help in this area too. Regards, Yegor
