So those are the upcoming questions / tasks to set up the infra: Running: 1) Set up Subversion , https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4184
2) Set up accounts: See: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-openmeetings-dev/201112.mbox/%3ccacemia-sbm45zu8cwk9ni0konfww9kbrzvwbk-qkc8vnhog...@mail.gmail.com%3E 3) Move Wiki to Apache webspace using Confluence: See: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4178 Open: 4) What will we do with our Nightly Builds? Is it common that we will request a Build environment at the Apache Foundation? It will require quite a bit amount of WebSpace. Currently it is hosted on my servers: http://nightly.openmeetings.de/openmeetings/builds/ There are currently around 750 Builds, each one roughly 100MB => 75000MB = 75 GB We use Hudson as Build environment and an ANT script to build the software. 5) Demo Server: Alexei proposed to request a demo server @ASF for OpenMeetings We will need some server instance with root access and 4GB RAM / 3 GHz Dual/Quad CPU and as its a streaming service there should be a reliable network connection for that server. I would like to move the http://demo.openmeetings.de infrastructure to ASF. However this server has around 45.000 user profiles and around 160 GB of user generated data already. So a potential server instance should have enough space for that. Also at least some FTP Backup Space would be required. 6) Move issue tracker to new Infra. There are a number of open tickets, I would like to import open tickets to the new infrastructure. We would need to discuss with the INFRA people at apache what kind of import format they need from us or if it will require us to write some script for usage of Jira's RPC-Gateway. Ideas / Opinions ? Other things to add here? Thanks, Sebastian -- Sebastian Wagner http://www.openmeetings.de http://www.webbase-design.de http://www.wagner-sebastian.com [email protected]
