You will be only able to integrate if you have access to the website so that you can implement SOAP or REST API calls into Spruz. Additionally you need of course your own OpenMeetings Server running somewhere that you can use.
Disabling chat, whiteboard, ... that is implemented in the SVN version but its not officially released yet. So you would need someone that does some tests or you test that feature on your own by compiling OpenMeetings from source.
