Hi, Is there a way to check the bandwidth before starting video/audio chat. I want to restrict users having low bandwidth from starting video/audio chat and also restrict users with good bandwidth from initiating video/audio chat with users with low bandwidth. Is this all possible in openmeetings. Appreciate if you can provide some sample code or point me in the right direction.
