If you have configured your UI in OpenMeetings to use GMT+1 (and you want
to create a meeting at 13:00 at GMT+1) then you simply goto the calendar UI
and create that event at 13:00 and the meeting will be created at 13:00 and
the link will be valid starting at 12:55
