I wonder if it ain't possible to set the office.home variable each time we do invoke the JODConverter Task. That way we could store the path to OpenOffice (or LibreOffice) home directory in our configuration. Also that way you can switch more easy between OpenOffice version and don't rely on JODConverter devs to maintain their algorithm that searchs for the "known places".
