You need to print/sign/scan and mail it to: [email protected] With the ICLA you grant the right to the work that you do for us to the Apache Foundation. Sending the ICLA would be actually the first step of becoming an official contributor for Apache OpenMeetings Project. The next steps (if you are willing to follow that direction) would be to show some profidency during the Community Bonding period that is taken place right now in the GSoC and then organize a "Vote" on the mailing list to be accepted as contributor. The other way of possible contributions for Non-Members of the project is add an issue to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS and attach patches/files/docs to it.
