Yes,

teh files are also missing in the SVN package, however they are in the
package if you download it from openlaszlo.org

You could also make a new package openlaszlo-4.9.5
using this source:
https://rapidshare.com/#!download|9|3375343577|trunk-swf11-servlet.war|119993

And then we could switch in our Ivy file to 4.9.5.
We could test if the SWF10 still works as it is (should be the same) and we
could test compilation of the Audio/Video components to SWF11.
