You should double check.
If you have installed the windows collab.net command line client, the file
"servers" will be in that location:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Subversion\servers

<username> of course needs to be replaced with your current windows
username...
You will need to un-comment or write something like that in the file:
http-proxy-host = <your_proxy>
http-proxy-port = 3128

3128 is the standard proxy port in Microsoft Networks.

I can confirm that the file is there as I need proxy settings too.

Yes you need to set up svn client to use proxy.

http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/BuildInstructions.html

Working behind a proxy: If you are sitting behind a proxy you should add
some proxy settings before starting the build process.
For Apache Ivy see: http://ant.apache.org/ivy/faq.html
For SVN Command Line Client (From CollabNet 1.7) see:

Sir,

I can access the URL http://red5.googlecode.com/svn/java/server/trunk/

IF proxy setting was wrong how did download sometimes before. Is there any
other proxy settings.

Either your proxy settings are still wrong or the server at googlecode.com
was temporary down (sometimes googlecode has heavy load and is down because
of too much activity).

Arvind,

please use the mailing list to discuss with everybody involved.

As described in the build instructions:
http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/BuildInstructions.html

Step1 - Get required Software

To develop OpenMeetings you need at least:

* Eclipse in a up to date copy and Sun JDK6
*       Apache ANT (minimum) 1.8.3

*       Subclipse 1.8 (Subversion 1.7 required!)
<http://subclipse.tigris.org/> MailScanner has detected a possible fraud
attempt from "subclipse.tigris.org" claiming to be
http://subclipse.tigris...org/

* SVN Command line client (Subversion 1.7 required!)
<http://subversion.apache.org/packages.html>
http://subversion.apache.org/packages.html
* Spring IDE for Eclipse (installable via Help > Eclipse Marketplace)
* MySQL (or Postgres, or other Databases supported by Hibernate) are
optionally but handy to have them

You need a SVN command line client..

Hi Aravind,

You need internet access or if you access the internet via a proxy you need
to specify the proxy settings.
The build process dynamically loads libraries from the internet that are
need to build the software.
