It should be stable and contain couple of issues fixed: 1) Couple of checking regarding "NetworkTesting" 2) OPENMEETINGS-295 RTMPT screen sharing client is fixed. 3) OPENMEETINGS-331 fixed 4) OPENMEETINGS-332 translation is merged (french) 5) OPENMEETINGS-308 translations are updated (russian) 6) OPENMEETINGS-333 is fixed (Calendar event in attendee calendar) 7) missing license in one file 8) OPENMEETINGS-334 is fixed
