Dear OpenMeetings Community, I would like to start a vote about releasing Apache OpenMeetings 2.0 Incubating RC3
RC2 was rejected by the Apache Foundation's Incubator PMC because of missing specifications of exact JAR names in LICENSE and NOTICE files. They claim that the exact JAR file names are needed to have a exact matching of the section in the LICENSE file and the actual components.
