You can try to set another server in the Openmeetings plugin settings:
http://edro.dataved.ru/openmeetings/
username: video
password: video
It works.

This is failing for me in OpenmeetingsPluginMenuItem.java, actionPerformed:
'null' is returned for:
invitationUrl =
OpenmeetingsConfigManager.getInstance().getInvitationUrl(
OpenmeetingsConfigManager.getInstance().getLogin() );
Trying to figure out why...
