Well one open point is of course if we feel ready for Graduation and find consens on Roadmaps. Not just technical Roadmap but also as Community/Entity. It might be good to present 1 or 2 releases based on plugins for example and publish those to show our "readiness". In the meantime we could try to discuss and based on that tailer a paper that we will present to the Board of Directors at the Apache Foundation. What are our main arguments why OpenMeetings is a good addition to the Apache Software Foundation?
