I have fixed the issue OPENMEETINGS-394 in trunk,
I could not find the problem on the demo server, that runs version 2.0.

However there are 2 possible workaround that you could apply to version 2.0
just in case:
1.) check and eventually create a folder:
webapps/openmeetings/upload/*stored*/
2.) instead of drag and drop'ing the stored file from the file-explorer to
the whiteboard, you should right click on it and choose "load to whiteboard"
