did you accidently commit your JRebel configuration?

    <natures>
        .....
        <nature>org.zeroturnaround.eclipse.remoting.remotingNature</nature>
        <nature>org.zeroturnaround.eclipse.jrebelNature</nature>
    </natures>

Is in the .project file.
