Thank you.

By the way, what specific things should I check in the logs? As I checked the openmeetings.log last time, I didn't see anything logged as HTTP-ERROR:500. That's why I wasn't able to determine the cause of the issue. Please advise what things to check that might point to HTTP-ERROR:500.

Best Regards,

I believe you have missing 3rd party dependencies.
Please inspect your openmeetings.log to get error details

Hi OpenMeetings Developers,

We experienced an exception error "HTTP-ERROR: 500" while uploading image
files (JPEG, JPG, PNG) to Meeting and Conference Room's whiteboard. What
seems to be the cause of this issue? Are the image files not allowed to be
uploaded and loaded onto whiteboard?

I hope that you can help us with our problem.

Thank you.
